Y'shtola Meets the Alcove Flip — Art-Forward Protection for Your Final Fantasy Deck
The Ultra Pro Alcove Flip Box brings one of Final Fantasy XIV's most beloved characters — Y'shtola, Night's Blessed — to your game table in style. Wrapped in a leatherette finish with vivid, full-art printing, this isn't the kind of deck box you toss in a bag and forget about. It's the one other players notice across the table. Beneath the striking exterior sits a chassis that serious players will appreciate: a strong magnetic closure and thoughtful access design that make this a reliable daily carry, not just a display piece.
Capacity & Sleeve Compatibility
The Alcove Flip holds up to 100 standard-size trading cards double-sleeved — confirmed compatible with Ultra Pro Deck Protector sleeves. That means your Commander deck, sleeved twice for maximum protection, fits without forcing or fumbling. Single-sleeved 60-card and 100-card builds have plenty of room to breathe. Double-sleeve compatibility is a genuine premium feature here, and it's worth noting for players who take their card protection seriously.
Build & Closure
The magnetic closure delivers a satisfying, secure snap every time — no worrying about the lid popping open mid-transit. Dual thumb notches on both sides of the deck access point make pulling your cards out quick and clean, whether you're right- or left-handed. The leatherette exterior gives the box a premium feel without the premium price tag, and the rigid structure keeps its shape under the pressure of a packed game bag.
Who This Box Is For
This is the box for the Final Fantasy fan who plays TCGs and wants their gear to reflect that. It works equally well for a Commander player building a thematic shelf display as it does for someone heading to Friday Night Magic who wants their deck box to spark a conversation. Ultra Pro's Alcove Flip line sits at the accessible end of the premium market — real double-sleeve capacity, real magnetic closure, and artwork that actually means something to the person carrying it. It also makes a genuinely great gift for any Final Fantasy XIV fan who plays trading card games.
