Policy Details

If your order has an error or has been previously cancelled, please do not refuse courier delivery. Refusing delivery may cause delays in issuing a credit or refund.
 

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 25% of the product value will apply.
 

Timeframe:

You have 21 calendar days from the purchase receipt date to initiate a return.
 

Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a return authorization. Once you have received this number, please securely package the item and send it to the address below clearly marked on the outside of the package:

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
 

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

Exclusions:

There are certain items that are not eligible for return. We do not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
 

Exchanges:

Product exchanges are possible, but will be required to follow the same authorization procedure as a return.
