Shipping Time:

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, and overnight shipping takes 1 business day. Please note that these shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, the shipping method selected at checkout, and the destination address. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
 

International Shipping:

Canada Only Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. No shipping services are available beyond Canada at this time.

Effective immediately, due to the expiry of the U.S. de minimis rule, all Canada Post services to the United States are paused and under review. We apologize for this interruption. 

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so that you can track your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
