Gandalf the Grey Guards Your Deck — Literally
Ultimate Guard's Boulder deck box has long been a benchmark for rigid, reliable card protection, and the Squaroes Boulder 100+ brings that same trusted engineering to a new generation of TCG accessories. This Gandalf the Grey edition pairs the Boulder's famously sturdy shell with licensed Hobbit artwork that makes it instantly recognizable at the table — because your deck box should be as distinctive as the deck inside it.
Capacity & Sleeve Compatibility
The Boulder 100+ is built for Commander and other 100-card formats, comfortably fitting 100 single-sleeved cards. The generous internal dimensions make this a go-to choice for players who sleeve everything — the extra depth and width of the 100+ format accommodates standard-sleeved decks with room to spare. Double-sleeve compatibility is not confirmed for this model; players running double-sleeve setups should verify fit before purchase.
Build Quality & Closure
Ultimate Guard's Squaroes line is defined by its particularly sturdy polypropylene shell — this isn't a box that flexes, warps, or pops open in a bag. The secure closure mechanism keeps your cards locked in during travel while remaining easy and convenient to open at the table. No fumbling between rounds, no accidental spills. The Boulder form factor is designed to be handled repeatedly and hold up across hundreds of sessions.
Hobbit Series Artwork
The Gandalf the Grey Squaroes edition is part of Ultimate Guard's licensed Hobbit artwork range — making it a standout piece for fans of Middle-earth as well as serious players. It works equally well as a home for a favourite constructed deck or as a display piece for a collection built around the theme. If you're shopping for a gift for a player who loves both TCGs and Tolkien, this hits both marks cleanly.
Who This Is For
The Squaroes Boulder 100+ Gandalf the Grey is built for Commander players who want dependable daily carry with character, collectors who appreciate licensed art on quality accessories, and fans looking for a gift that bridges the gap between hobby and fandom. Ultimate Guard products are engineered for players who take their cards seriously — and this one gives you a reason to take your deck box seriously too.
