In Nightmare Productions, you’ll bid on terrifying creatures, spooky props, chilling music, and top-tier directors to complete your horror screenplays. Each of the four rounds challenges you to strategically manage your bids in a closed economy system, where money spent is redistributed to opponents, ensuring every auction is a tense balancing act. Fill your film strips with the right combination of talent and resources to produce monstrous hits, but beware—awards are given regularly for the best films in various categories, and even the worst film can earn points!

With two Horror Con drafts per round, players can snag valuable tiles without spending a dime, adding a layer of tactical depth. Score bonus points for being the first to complete films in each sub-genre, crafting the highest-rated movies, or even producing the most delightfully dreadful flop. The player with the most ratings and awards at the end of the game claims victory as the ultimate horror studio mogul!
