Gameplay

In Dirt & Dust, each player begins with a modest action deck and a unique pilot. Over the course of the race, you will:

1. Tweak your machine and crew — upgrade tires, suspension, differential; hire support; tune your vehicle to better handle the upcoming route challenges.

2. Manage your driving style — decide when to push hard and when to hold back. Fast driving yields bigger rewards but increases risk (mechanical failure, off-track accidents, damage). Safer play is steadier but may cost time.

3. Deploy dice strategically — action cards are tied to dice slots; the way you place your dice, and how you combine them with your card deck, matters greatly. Balancing “risk vs reward” is central.

4. Navigate varied stages — from coastal roads and tight city streets to winding forest trails, mountain passes, and even night-racing conditions, each stage offers different terrain and environmental challenges.
