Arkham Horror: Welcome to Promise is a tabletop roleplaying game set in the Arkham Horror Files universe, dropping a group of investigators into a world of cosmic dread, 1920s unease, and the slow, creeping realisation that the darkness at the edges of town is very much aware of them. Sanity is a resource. Time is short. The truth is worse than you expect.

What's in the Game

This is a narrative-driven RPG built around the Arkham Horror setting — Lovecraftian horror, ordinary people facing extraordinary and deeply unsettling circumstances, and the collaborative tension of uncovering mysteries that were probably better left buried. One player takes the role of Game Master, guiding the story through Promise's secrets, while the rest play investigators piecing together what is happening before it is too late. The game is designed to translate the dread and momentum of the Arkham Horror board game and Living Card Game into a fully collaborative roleplaying experience, giving groups the tools to build their own stories inside this richly developed world. Expect atmosphere, difficult choices, and the particular horror of knowing your characters are outmatched.
