Kosmos – EXIT Games, The Crew & More

Puzzles, Teamwork and Big Ideas

Kosmos is a German publisher with a long history of award-winning family and strategy games. Its games are designed to bring people together, with clear rules, clever twists and plenty of cooperative play where the whole table wins or loses as a team. If you like solving problems with friends and family, Kosmos is one of the best publishers to explore, and many of its games are ideal for players who don't think of themselves as gamers at all. Kosmos games are also very approachable on a budget, with many titles playable in an hour or less and compact boxes that make them easy to bring to a friend's house, a cottage weekend or a holiday gathering. They're a reliable choice when you want something new to try with people who don't play often.

The EXIT: The Game series is the biggest name in the range: each box is a complete escape room you can play at home, with riddles, codes, hidden clues and components you'll fold, tear and mark as you go. Titles are rated by difficulty from beginner to expert and cover themes from haunted mansions to sunken ships, so it's easy to find one for your group. Browse every title in our EXIT: The Game collection. The Crew is an award-winning cooperative trick-taking game where players complete space missions together without openly sharing their cards, and The Gang adds a clever team twist to poker. More puzzle-style fun lives in our puzzles and brain teasers section.

Boreal Gaming is Niagara's local game store, and Kosmos games are some of our favourite recommendations for families and couples. Shop online with shipping across Canada or local pickup in the Niagara region, or visit in store for advice on which EXIT game to start with. They make great gifts for puzzle lovers, too.
