In Rattus: Big Box, 2 to 6 players take turns selecting from an array of medieval classes—each with unique abilities—to strategically place their pieces across the game board. Peasants and Bakers boost your population, Monks and Nuns shield you from the plague’s wrath, while Knights and Soldiers unwittingly spread the disease to new territories. Merchants flee at the first sign of danger, Witches wield mystical control over the outbreak, and Kings retreat to their fortified castles, evading the chaos. Every turn ends with the plague marker moving to a neighboring region, unleashing havoc on rats and players alike—no one is safe when the Black Death strikes.
